You must be of mature mind and be able to effectively organize an initial three (3) day ‘Certificate 1 - Instructor’s Course’ and put together a group of black belts or instructors of any Martial arts.
You will need to have the necessary leadership, administrative and logistical organizational skills and be:
Ability to speak English. Minimum Black Belt in any martial art discipline. 25 to 55 years of age. Never been convicted of a criminal offence. Good moral and ethical character.
Basic computer literacy skills.
